Care Coordinator

Position responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact with inquiring surrogates to help candidate understand the requirement, process, and benefits.

Support as needed in regards recruit new gestational surrogates to complete the Application and Preliminary Screening Process.

Act as counselor and educator to prospective surrogates on each aspect of the surrogacy process in a professional manner, by phone consultations, emails, video conferences.

Travel to fertility centers, hospitals, and other locations as necessary to provide support during appointments. Travel varies based on the engagement and may be local, regional or national.

Provide regularly/continuous emotional and social support to the surrogates, resolve issues for surrogate candidates and intended parents to ensure they feel supported, comfortable, and well cared for.

Deliver the highest standard of service and a supremely courteous and professional experience

Work closely with Surrogate Case Manager on matching and case management



Required skills:

Strong execution ability
Strong communication skills, customer service, and organization
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Willingness to learn about surrogacy and infertility
Ability to network and cultivate relationships
Available to work flexible hours & overtime when needed.
Passion for helping people

Preferred:

Associate or bachelor’s degree, Psychology related major would be plus.
Former surrogate mom or Surrogate Coordinator
Good command in English, Spanish speaker would be a plus
3-year + experience preferred

Physiological therapy in medical industry: 1 year (Preferred)
